Question GTA5 Settings 1050TI - i3 8100

Hello good people of Toms Hardware. I am kind of new to PC gaming and don't know a lot about graphics settings. I will list my specs down below. Thanks everyone. Have a great rest of the day.
I use MVGA Graphics but i have still bad graphics...

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050TI OC

MOBO: Asus Prime B360M-K

Ram: 16GB of HyperX DDR4 2666MHZ

SSD: Samsung Evo Pro 500GB

HDD: WD 1TB Blue

PSU: Corsair VS550

I think the long shadows settings and distance might needed to be turned on?

UPDATE : Still nothing ... the graphics is still bad with Long shadows and + distance

seems like gta needs some ray tracing eh
