gtasanandreas coudnt start on hd 6670 ddr3

hey guys i am on core 2 duo 2.93ghz , 2GB ram , radeon hd 6670 ddr3 using 1600*900 resolution
Mainly i buyed this graphic card for gtasa and this game coudnt even start on my pc with this graphics. I tried to remove graphics and then start. so gtasa started working(intel internal graphics)
so whats the problem in my pc can u help ?
And i am surprised that i couldn't play gta4 decently i am on version 1.0.7.0 and get 20-30 fps on low-medium settings. few website says i can play gta4 from medium to high setting but i couldn't
can u help me these problem ?

That's your problem. You are trying to run it in an emulator, it's not the PC version. That's a PS2 game, not a PC game.

You can buy those games for PC on Steam for nearly $5 during a sale. You won't have any issues then.

I don't know anything else but GTA SanAndreas was programmed for laptops and desktops with 32/64 MB GPU's. High-End GPU's don't easily run it. My GTX 650 Ti Boost DCU-OC2 couldn't run it. Advise - Get GTA Sanandreas PS2 Iso from Torrent and run it on PCSX2. PCSX2 has an awesome graphics engine for gta sanandreas. I run it on pcsx2. :)
