GTS 450 1 GB graphic card + Ryzen 1300 x

Friends, I want to update my system with new CPU and Ram etc but don't want to change GTS 450 graphic card.
So, Kindly tell whether Ryzen 1300 x + GTS 450 1 GB Zotac graphic card + 8 GB DDR 4 ram (2400 mhz) at medium setting 1200 x 768 resolution can play modern games like

Doom 4
mass effect andromeda

etc or not

or I have to buy new graphic card to play these games.

I think you could get by with that card at 720p in most games. You'll likely need to stick to low settings and see framerate closer to 30fps than 60fps. If you want to run modern games at higher settings and at a smoother framerate then yes, you'll need a better card.

Another idea is getting a Ryzen 1200 instead of a 1300x and selling your 450. Then use the money to buy a better used videocard.

I mostly play games at 720 setting with low to medium details.
So if GTS 450 can handle modern games also its ok.

By using 1200 instead of 1300x won't there be problem in running modern games and other works..
