GTX 1050 2GB OC or R460 2GB OC

GIGABYTE R460 2GB OC= 114€
Worth the extra money for the 1050? How much better the 1050 is? How much FPS improvement?
A 450W PSU is enough? I have the Intel Pentium G4560.

the 1050 is competitive even against the much faster RX560. budget really that tight that you can't just add a bit more to get 1050? this is RX560 review but RX460 still included in the test:

i do like alot amd, but here your money is better spent on the 1050, if you can, 1050ti, is not that extra expensive and allows good 1080p gaming at 60 fps almost perfectly
