both are a good card, Gigabyte has a good airflow, since it used Windforce on their blade, i though it was a good blade tho.
and i don't even know what's good about MSI 1050, i think it was only standard Quality on it. you should see review on tomshardware, which one is good among 1050 series.

Sorry but I had to edit it, I meant the TI versions I mistakenly put the regular versions (dumb me) but I guess it goes the same for them too. Is there any performance/fps difference between these two?

I dont know about the EVGA one, since I favor the ones with dual fans and I am planning on overclocking, so I dont know how good will one fan handle higher clocks and with it higher temperatures probably. Also not sure if EVGA one has a 6 pin power connector.

We all love to get something for nothing.

Graphics card vendors bin their chips and use the better ones in factory overclocked versions
that they can sell for more. You may be able to OC more, but then again, perhaps not.
They try to differentiate by adding cosmetics and fancy coolers which also sell for more.
I do think you get fair value from a modest factory overclocked card.
If you need more performance, they buy a higher tier card in the first place.

GTX1050ti is a cool running chip, it does not need aggressive cooling.

The evga GTX1050tiSC which I linked is mildly overclocked and has a boost clock of 1468.
The base GTX1050ti has a boost clock of 1392. A increase of some 5%
The top evga card is the GTX1050ti FTW gaming. It needs an aux 6 pin power connector. and has a boost clock of 1493. A added 1.7%
All, in all not a big difference.

FWIW, the boost clocks of the cards you listed are also 1468.

If you want stronger up your budget for a GTX1060.
