Rig:
CPU: i5 3570
PSU: HP 320W 90% efficiency
HDD: SATA 250GB 7.2K rpm
SSD: non
RAM: Hynix 8GB (4GBx2)

Can I put GTX 1050 2GB Strix into my rig
I know it needs 6-pin connector I tought I can power it with SATA power connector since this card need at least 300W

Does that HP OEM PSU come with enough PCI-E/PEG connectors ? If not, then this PSU was not meant to power up GPUs which require a minimum 6-PIN cable. You should not use any sata power connector, nor any molex adapters either.

You need to upgrade your PSU, assuming that model won't power up the GTX 1050.

If you haven't bought it yet, it might be worth considering a different model of 1050 that doesn't need an external power connection, since a number of them don't.

If you were to replace the PSU, it might also open up the option of going with a faster card, such as a Radeon RX 570, which can often be found in a similar price range.
