GTX 1050 TI 12% Bottleneck

Hello I'm looking to get the gtx 1050 ti but my AMD Phenom X4 975 will give it a 12% bottleneck how bad will that be fps wise?

Well you just need to do some basic math. 12% of 60fps is 7.2fps.

But whatever gave you 12% is not a matter of fact, it is guesswork at best. Each game is different and different settings will give you a different amount of bottleneck.

With that being said, I think the GTX 1050 Ti is the most I would pair with an old Phenom X4 even if it does bottleneck.

Going by late 2010 benchmarks, it appears the X4 975 was capable of about 74% of the framerates of an i7-2600 in Crysis 2....; difficult to find the processor benchmarked on modern titles such as BF1, etc...

If it was a fact that your CPU would bottleneck your GPU by 12%. But that's a farcry even to consider anyone to say it bottlenecks it 12% all the time in every game. Where did you come up with 12%? Game-debate.com?
