Question GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Error code 43

Hi, I have a new GTX 1050 Ti 4GB.
It works well with version disk received 387.92 but won't work with latest version 419.67 or downgrade to 398.36
I have tried all the steps I can find on the internet from DDU to reinstalling graphics.

I have been trying this for more than 48hrs and Am just frustrated. I bought the new card to enjoy some gameplay and now am stuck with graphics issues because all my games tell me to update the driver.

Please, can someone help me with this issue?

Windows 10 Pro 64bit Version 1803
GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz
8GB RAM

Yes the device is New

My Device ID : 10DE 1C82 - 0000 0000

But I see down the button written [FAKE GTX 1050 Ti]
Does this mean the card is actually Fake ?
