I currently have a 300W PSU. I'm willing to upgrading the PSU to 500W for the gtx 1060 graphics card. Only if there will be no bottlenecking with my CPU. So my question is can my motherboard and CPU handle the gtx 1060 6gb? I've been looking for suitable options. The gtx 1050 ti 4gb offers a solution without upgrading the PSU. Where as the gtx 1060 gb requires a minor upgrade with the PSU.

I've owned both cards and they are both good for 100 gaming. The difference is power of course, but with 1060 6gb you be able to max out settings and get 60fps with no problems. The 1050ti you will have to make compromises to keep that framerate with modern AAA games but it will do it. Get the 1060 6gb for a bit of future proofing you won't regret it

I probably wouldn't go any higher than a 1050 Ti with that CPU. That being said, even if you can't necessarily take full advantage of the more powerful 1060 today, you can if you plan on upgrading your CPU sometime in the not too distant future.
