GTX 1050 TI FTW Underperforming

So I got my 1050 TI in January, and it was working seriously well. Knocking games like H1Z1 at Ultra Settings to 60fps+.
But recently it has just passed away. Went through all stages of depression and grief, and underperforms like an old dog.
Instead of overclocking itself in games such as CS:GO to 1911mhZ, getting 150-200 FPS on ultra settings, it does a lowly 700-1200 mhZ, getting about 50-60 fps on lowest settings.
I have installed the newest drivers, put my graphics all the way to the lowest. Is there something I'm missing? Please help

The problem is that you're overclocking your GPU too much. You need to get a good median. Too bad you had to figure this out yourself.

That's a pretty insane OC and I think you killed it.
Either that or your PSU.
Unless it's your OCing program whacking out, which it could be.
