gtx 1050 TI temp above 80c at 100% load

I have an Asus 1050 ti Phoenix(single fan) and my temps go beyond 80c(80-83c) is this normal?

I need to tweak the fan profile through Asus GPU tweak II to lower the temp to 70c at 60-70% fan speed

Would you mind giving a complete spec list, please? Including case, RAM, drives, fans, etc.
One possibility could be that your case doesn't have enough airflow or not enough fans in your case to provide enough airflow.

GPU: Asus gtx 1050 ti Phoenix
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110m-DS2
Memory: 8gb DDR4 ram(single channel)
PSU: FSP Hyper K 500W 80+ PLUS White Certified
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO
Case Fan: 1x 120mm Deepcool fan and 1x 80mm Deepcool fan
Case: Generic Micro-ATX case

The CPU at full load wont even pass 50-55c but the gpu is 80c at default fan profile and I'm worried that the fan will worn down fast because I set it to 60-80% fan speed to lower the temp to 70c
