There is any way to connect gtx 1050 ti to d-sub monitor? Through dvi to vga adapters or something like that?

If this is your card: http://www.palit.com/palit/vgapro.php?id=2719&lang=en
then it does indeed lack any analog output. You will need a active converter like one of these for using either the DVI-D port or the HDMI port.
DVI-D to VGA: https://www.amazon.com/Ugreen-Adapter-Converter-Monitor-Projector/dp/B01AU804HK/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1477951992&sr=8-6&keywords=dvd-d+to+vga+adapter&refinements=p_72%3A2661618011
HDMI to VGA: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BTROG0M?ref_=ams_ad_dp_asin_3

Or better yet, upgrade to a digital monitor for the best display. Brighter, sharper, and no need for the adapter.
If the card doesn't have the necessary connector or doesn't have a DVI-I connector, then the card has no analog (VGA) output. You will need an active converter. Either HDMI or DVI-D (digital) to D-sub (analog).
Which card do you have exactly?

I cant remember where I saw it but supposedly Nvidia 10 gen cards do not support dvi to vga adaptors
*EDIT*
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Does Away with D-Sub (VGA) Support

NVIDIA appears to have done away with support for the legacy D-Sub (VGA) analog connector, with its latest GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card. The card's DVI connector does not have wiring for analog signals. Retail cards won't include DVI to D-Sub dongles, even aftermarket dongles won't work.

I remember seeing somewhere that all future pascal based cards wouldnt have it either but again not sure where I saw it.

just use a displayport to vga adapter, displayport is almost made to work with all standards, HDMI isn't.
How can I use my existing display or digital TV set with a new computer that has a DisplayPort output?
A. DisplayPort has the unique ability to support external display adapters. The DisplayPort Source device (such as a notebook computer) provides power at the DisplayPort plug to power such an adapter, and it detects the type of adapter connected, as well as the type of monitor. Inexpensive DisplayPort adapters are readily available for VGA, DVI, and HDMI displays. Adapters for HDMI 2.0 will become available in the near future.
