Hey!
first of all PC specs:
HP Elite 8200 MT
I5 2320 3.0ghz
8gb DDR3 1333mhz ram
Hp 320w psu (default)
Zotac GTX 1050 OC
Windows 7 ultimate
Now I am running the gtx 1050 in a pcie 2.0 x4 slot and it is not performing as it should be in intensive games, because the x16 slot is faulty and can't run the gpu..Now my question is that should I stick with gtx 1050 OC as i have two options, one is that i keep GTX 1050 OC and upgrade my processor to i5 3570k (as i5 2320 is also bottlenecking in some games) and change my motherboard and get a pcie 3.0 x16 slot motherboard with 12 gb of ram, another option is that i buy a gtx 1050 ti and stick with same processor and ram. What is best?
Update: I have bought an gigabyte h61 motherboard with i5 3570k and it will arrive tomorrow,
I will tell you the performance of this combination!

Solution
Well the 12gb really isn't needed unless it comes with the motherboard your buying. As for getting a newer CPU it should make a bit of a difference as the single/quad core performance is much better.

But if your comparing the 3570K to the 2600K (other thread) I'd take the 2600k.

The biggest improvement is getting that GPU into a PCIE x8 or X16 slot.

So I should stick with gtx 1050 and buy i5 3570k and upgrade my ram to 12gb? In many youtube videos i have seen gtx 1050 is perfoming very good in intensive games with pentium g5460 but my gpu for example is giving 20-35 fps on low settings in ac origions..but it should give 40+ fps in medium settings.

Consider this instead. You can get this Dell Precision T3610 loaded up with 32GB RAM. The CPU is equivalent to an i7-3770. Swap over your hard drive and GPU. Then sell off your system.

You can also go for this HP for less. It has an i7-3770, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 and 8GB RAM. Transfer over your RAM, GPU and HDD. To max it out. Then part out what remains of your old computer.

Here is a similar Lenovo.

Here is a more recent Dell Precision T1700 with an i7-4770. I think the T3610 is a better deal.

Basically I think going from one i5 to another. Especially just Sandy Bridge to Ivy Bridge will be a disappointment. There is just too little improvement from one CPU to another to justify the cost. I'd at least do your motherboard idea with an i7-3770 or 3770K. Same goes with a 1050 to 1050 Ti.

Yes as you said The biggest improvement is getting that GPU into a PCIE x8 or X16 slot. But now in some games I have noticed that the ram is going above 7gb and when it reaches 7.6gb something it is stuck there and the need for speed payback for example becomes laggy and stuttering starts. It means that it needs more than 8 gb and in commited section when fully under load in task manager it is also written there about 11gb so i would rather get 8+4gb 1333 ram stick..

You are also right but in my country Pakistan there is nothing amazon or ebay or newegg, so i can't buy from these kind of websites.Secondly I don't want exeon processors for gaming.
