If you have integrated graphics, remove the graphics card. Then plug the monitor into the motherboard video out. Then reboot. Is there a display then?
Vga plugged into motherboard boots right up without a gpu in.
Do you have access to the keyboard mouse now? If not try a different USB port (try one on the rear of the PC).
If you have keyboard and mouse, then go into the BIOS force the source of the graphics to "Integrated". Then put your graphics card back in, but leave everything else as is. Then hopefully the system will still boot up.
Then open the Windows Device Manager. Scan down the list of devices until you get to Display Adapters and click on the arrow. That will show the devices listed under Display Adapters. Does it list your graphics card? Does it list the generic display adapter, or both. If it doesn't list the graphics card there is a device recognition problem. If it list both, there is still a recognition problem.
Ordinarily in this situation, you would try other PCI Express x 16 slots. But you only have one slot. If you have access to another graphics card try installing it to test the slot.
Depending upon the model of GTX 1050 Ti, it may require a 6-pin PCIE power cable. Try switching the PCIE power cable and then check the Device Manager / display adapter for the graphics card. You can also try the graphics card in another system to verify if it still works.
If the graphics card is listed in the Device Manager, then you can update the graphics driver. Download and install the graphics driver directly from
http://www.geforce.com/drivers . Choose the custom install with the clean install option. Don't use the Windows driver.
Since there is a problem with compatibility, I would also try downloading and installing the motherboard drivers.
The last thing to try is updating the motherboard BIOS.
