My specs are:

CPU - amd a8-7600
RAM - 8gb, DDR3
MOTHERBOARD - MSI A68HI AC SP550 (SSD)
Current Graphics: g276HL (x3) and amd radeon R7 graphics(msi) integrated
PSU: 240V
The gaming experience on most of the games I own has been almost tainted by the amount of frames I get, I was wondering if simply if I purchased a new GPU such as the 1050/ti if I could run games such as PUBG, League of Legends and other games with at least maybe 100 frames, and if my pc was compatible with it

Solution
This is easy, neither. The rx 570 is a far superior card for the same price and maybe even less. The 1050ti is not a good card when you compare it to the 570 at about the same price. The 570 is basically a poor man's gtx1060 or rx580 whereas the 1050/ti is not even close to those.

I don't think 100fps on pubg at 1080p. Don't think a 1060 or 580 will even do this, but other games sure. There is a massive difference between running pubg and lol. Just look at this benchmark and it's a no brainer. The only way the 1050ti is worth it is if you ar3 paying significantly less. 570 only fos5 like 130 new and you can get an 8gb version for like 160$. It's currently the best GPU for the money. Only better option is a rx580 8gb for Maybe like 180$...

Wow look at those AC numbers. 570 is 50% bette3 fps than a 1050ti and only 15% less than a 1060 or rx580. It's less than 10% difference between a 1060 3gb and a rx570.

Battlefield 1, once again 50% more fps than a 1050ti and same fps as a 1060 6gb and within 15% of an rx580.. basically same price but about 50% more performance.

How many watts is your psu? We need to make sure the psu will be fine, that might be a reason to get a 1050 is that i believe it uses less power. Your cpu is not ideal, but it's good enough to play some games. I think it would bottleneck either gpu to some degree. My old i5 4460 use to bottleneck my rx480 sometimes.

Best option is probably get a GPU and use it till you can build a new system then bring the gpu and hard drive over.
