Is it enough? I'm planning to play most AAA games and next gen. open world MMO's at 1366x768 resolution(My monitor's native res.)

Sorry for my grammar guys. Not good at English, I hope you understand what I'm trying to say

My PC Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i5-6400
MOBO - ASROCK H110M-HDV
RAM - KINGSTON HYPER FURY X 8GB
VGA - INTEL HD GRAPHICS 530
MEM - SANDISK 120GB PLUS SSD
PSU - FSP RAIDER ELITE 80+ SILVER 650W
CASE - TECWARE INFINITY

Solution
The 1060 is what I'd consider overkill for 768p actually. Unless you're planning to upgrade to a 1080p monitor, you'd be more than fine with an Rx 470.

Thanks for the reply sir I appreciate it. I have no plans on upgrading my monitor for now(Maybe after 5 years). Does RX 470 consume less power than GTX 1060 3GB?

If you can find the RX 480 4GB then go for it. It is cheaper than the GTX 1060 3GB.

For RX 480 8GB the price maybe similar, then go for GTX 1060 3GB.

Another option, depends on your country, GTX 970 or 380 or 390 can just deliver as good as the 470, 480 or 1060. Since you are getting a 650W PSU anyway.

I put a 3GB ASUS 1060 Dual OC in my latest build , does very well.

Firstly, you have a 650W PSU, so it is enough for all of the mentioned cards.

Secondly, if you are getting RX 470, then look into GTX 970 or R9 390 (or even R9 380) because they are just as good as the 470.

Power is really not a concern with new cards.
