GTX 1060 3GB no image after reapplying thermal paste

So my GPU was having some temp issues and after clearing out dust I decided to change the thermal paste, I worked on a grounded surface and used non-metallic non conductive thermal paste (MX-2).

After reinstalling the gpu components and installing into my pc there was no display however all the fans started but just doesn’t display anything.

Try to uninstall the drivers again, but also go into Safe Mode to uninstall any drivers left behind. That may also be the problem.

If that doesn't work, try plugging your graphics card into another desktop. If it works, there might be a problem with Windows/Software.
