1060 3GB (Hacked down 1060 GPU version) will choke in some games due to only 3GB of RAM. TH doesn't even recommend these cards. Go for the RX-570 between the two. Now if your budget allows for the 1060 6GB or RX-580, either one will not disappoint. Just note that the RX-580 (4GB) makes the "Best GPUs of 2017" list, while the 1060 does not, in the end of April update.

I live in greece and rx 580 costs 255 and i cant afford that much money and the gtx 1060 6gb palit variant costs 260

In most games 3 GB is still enough for 1080p high, but it will definitely start showing it's age soon.
RX 570 would take advantage in DX12 games and the extra vram is going to be useful, so go with the 570.
