GTX 1060 6GB Freezing on Windows 10 Logo

Hello, i recently bought parts and i freshly installed windows 10 and the GPU wont boot into it. it just freezes on the LOGO. When i use the on board graphics it works perfectly fine. i also installed all drives for the GPU and it's showing up in Device Manager with a Yellow triangle. I tired resating but still nothing.

My Specs.
Intel i5 3470 3.2Ghz
16GB DDR3 Hyper X Ram
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB
750w PSU
1TB 7.2K HDD
MSI H61M-P31 (G3) Motherboard.

I Never over clocked or anything its all fresh.

A lot of H61 boards have trouble with 700-1000 series cards.

Check with the MB manufacturer's website. there may be a BIOS update that will address these problems.

I Had to flash the BIOS as it was 2012 / 2.4 I Flashed it to a newer version "2.8" Worked Flawlessly.
