Question gtx 1060 6GB vs rx 480 8GB

So, with the release of the recent AMD drivers, i wanted to know how the rx 480 fares and if its a decent competitor when compared to the 6Gb 1060.

i will be buying a used one in the country i currently reside in (pakistan) and current prices for the two cards are 25k PKR and 17-18 PKR, the former being the 1060 and the latter being the 480

Aside from the differences in where the cards are manufacture(Nvidia vs AMD) the other question remains, is your PSU capable of powering the entire system with your suggested GPU upgrades?

Motherboard: asus p8b-75 csm motherboard
Ram: 4X2GB Oem Sticks
SSD: 120GB kingston ssd
HDD: 1TB WD BLUE
GPU:depending on the outcome of this thread
PSU: id be looking into a superflower 600W 80PLUS Gold
Chassis: a simple chassis that has a multitude of fans (sourced locally)
OS: windows 10


these are parts id be looking to get, a few such as the ram and processor i already have. as well as a simple case. i would be picking up an SSD, HDD, PSU and motherboard, and GPU.
