GTX 1060 6GB vs RX 580 8GB (1080p gaming)

Which video card would be better for me? I have i7 6700 non k with 8 Gb ram 2x4Gb 2400 mhz corsair and evga 500B. I play games like: CS:Go, GTA V, Eurotrcuk Simulator 2, Minecraft, Rocket legue and other games. Which video card will have better driver support in near future and will be more optimezed for new tittles.
Which brand would me recommended for Nvidia or AMD?

The 580 on average pulls ahead by a bit, but they have virtually the same performance. Normally I would say get a 580 because of FreeSync support, but as of now they are very hard to find at a reasonable price due to mining, so I'd say if you can get either a 1060 6gb/580 8gb/480 8gb for under $250-$300 buy it while you can.

My monitor doesn't support FreeSync and i donw plan to buy freesync monitor. I now waiting because in Germany all graphics gards are out of stock and very overpriced

Does my psu will be enough?
