GTX 1060 compatible with ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0 Socket AM3+ motherboard ?

Hi everyone, I bought a GTX1060 and my older motherboard wasn't compatible with this card.
My question is if I buy this motherboard which is a ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0.

Will these components be compatible with each other?

Yes, it will be compatible with the board... why wouldn't it be? What was your older motherboard?

My older motherboard is an ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 and in my opinion the motherboard's chipset is too old and the gtx 1060 is using at least 970, chipset isn't that true ?

No it isn't true , the 1060 will work fine on that board.

What do you mean the older one or that which I'd like to buy ?
Just because I tryed with the older one and it does not works when, I put the card in the PCI slot and after that turn on the pc the VGA is not give image in addition the output devices either works too when I pull out the card this problem is sloved. But my power supply is good enough for this card this is a 500W power supply.

When you put the card in you need to use the video outputs on the card not from the motherboard area.

Also a 1060 GPU will not output to VGA (apart from it having no VGA port,) it doesn't output analog signals.
