GTX 1060 Dual Screen not working/VGA Screen

I recently bought myself the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 3GB.
Now, since it does not have a VGA port I also bought a DVI-D > VGA adapter/Converter so I can still use my old screen (LG Flatron L1720B).
I used this screen as part of my Dual Screen setup on my old Radeon R7 240 for years and never had any problems with it.

The problem I have is that the Flatron will not work together with my main Screen.
It is not recognized by Windows at all.

But, and here it gets weird, it does work on the Asus splash screen during Boot but only until halfway through the bootup process. After which it switches to my main screen. Unlike with my old graphics card where both screens were used from Boot.

Edit: Running the AMD cleanup utility and reinstalling the Nvidia Drivers fixed the issue...
I'm quite embarrassed now...

Solution
Did you uninstall your AMD drivers prior to removing the AMD GPU? Did you reinstall the GPU drivers with the latest found off Nvidia's support site? Are you on the latest BIOS for your motherboard?
