GTX 1060, Far Cry Primal FPS problem

Hey,

I get around 50 fps while playing Far Cry Primal on Ultra settings on my new rig. However when I checked out internet, people got an average of 60 fps with GTX 1060. Any ideas what's going on?

Here is my build:
mobo: msi h110i pro
gpu: evga gtx 1060 sc gamıng 6gb
ram: corsair ddr4-2400 mhz 8gb x2
case: cooler master elite 110
processor: i5 6500

Youtube is not a legitimate source for any sort of performance. I have an old Core i3-2100 and a GTX 260 896MB card I could record playing games and put whatever fps counter number I wanted into memory. Think about it: Do people like to show off? Yes? There's motive to lie. Is it extremely difficult to lie when using technology? Change some simple numbers and add them to a video then upload to Youtube?

Use reputable sites for somewhat accurate results (most don't post the paired hardware specs, so it's just whatever number they want to throw out there). I prefer tomshardware, guru3d, and tweaktown. Below they use an i7 5960x and 2133MHz. RAM

Dalay I said to change your settings to check that it is your GPU. If the FPS stays the same then we will most likely know it isn't a GPU problem, if it increases the FPS by dropping down the settings, then we will know that it is most likely a GPU problem.

Actually for Ultra settings at 1080p it looks about right. A 1060 should be about 10-15% faster than a 970.

Also if you compare the 970 vs the 1060 on paper, the 970 has more memory bandwidth and more shader units, while the 1060 has a higher base clock speed. Buy a 1070 if you want a much wider power difference.

Every pc is different, not everyone will run the same in power. You might have more programs running in the background, or not cleaning your pc from dust buildup physically or from software malware slowing down your CPU.I only can state facts, and guesstimate.

I have been saying this for some time (couple of weeks) in my pc, budget pc, I intalled a 1050ti, replacing a 750ti FTW, in late november I was having around 45-55 FPS playing Tomb Raider (2011) 1080p with a lot of video artifacts, after a drivers update, I was having 30-40 FPS in that game, video artifacts disappeared (mostly), so, the "new" drivers are killing some of the GPU´s performance, in Shadow of Mordor, ahven´t seen much of a difference.
