gtx 1060 for 158 euros

i found a gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb on amazon for 158 euros from a third party seller and it says that it is brand new this graphics card costs around 250-300 euros is it safe to buy this card

If they are asking an amount much lower than others, and they are a third party seller, I wouldn't buy it.
