Okay so I mainly bought this rig for me to play Dota 2. And guess what. I'm unable to because my computer/gtx 1060 is giving out absolutely horrible performance.
My issue is the following: in Dota 2, along with other low-mid tier games, my Gtx 1060 is never fully utilized. It just stays in the 40-60% usage range and thus gives horrible fps. In Dota 2, I should easily reach 200-250fps. With my issue, i'm constantly getting 90fps. Best part is that I also bought a 144hz monitor for me to fully enjoy those promising fps I thought I was going to get.
Specs:
I3-8100
8gb ram @ 2400ghz single channel ddr4
Msi gtx 1060 3gb
Msi b360-m mortar mobo
480gb ssd kingston a400 (windows, programs, drivers etc. installed on it)
2tb hdd seagate (games installed on it)
Corsair VS650 Gold rated PSU (NO, it's NOT a psu issue)
Windows version: 1903
Nvidia driver version: 436.48

It won't let me link the image for whatever reason
