I used to only have 8GB's of RAM and like you CSGO would die after a short time playing. I upgrade to 24GB and it smooth and easily breaks 100fps with my old thuban and R9 280. Upgrading your RAM tho isn't a good ideal due to the motherboard only has 2 DIMM slots with a max of 16GB's. I think your limited RAM is holding you back.
You should upgrade your motherboard, cpu, and get atleast 16GB's of RAM. If you have a cooler that supports 1151 just leave out the H7.

🙁 thank you for helping anyways apreaciate that alot... Im just so mad that i cant play games without having lagg ;(

Understood 🙁 well rip to me because i dont have that budget to spend ;/

Try to remove the overclock. It is better if you reset your Bios. Turn on your Pc> Generally you press "Delete" button to enter the bios. Post screen will state what button you should press in order to enter the Bios. Also, are you sure that your cord is plugged into the graphics card port and not into the motherboard? What monitor do you have ? What are your in-game settings and what resolution are you gaming at ? Make sure that you are running your games in full screen mode. If they are already in full screen mode, try changing the option just to check if the fps will increase.

I have 60hz monitor, i play games on 1920x1080, and can u tell what bios will do if i reset them? 😀

I have done both man 🙁

It will be back to its default settings. For example, you overclocked your Cpu through bios. This overclock will be gone and the Cpu will function at its stock speed and settings. Sometimes, a Bios reset can solve such issues. Are your games in Full scree mode ? Make sure that your screen resolution is running at its native. Last thing to check for is to download Msi afterburner. Rivatuner statistics server will be installed with Msi afterburner. After you completely install them, go to msi afterburner settings > monitoring tab> and then check everything you want to see while you are gaming (For example: Cpu usage and gpu usage and their temps). There is an option that will let you to check them "OSD" so check each thing you want to see on your screen display while gaming. Please do monitor your cpu usage/temp and your gpu usage/temp. The last thing that you can do if the issue wasn't solved is to clean install the OS.

Okay will do it thanks and post it later thanks :)

There is no need to upgrade ram, CSGO is not a demanding game, and with an i5 4670k, 8 gigs of ddr3 ram, and a 1060, I was getting 300+ fps online, and 4-500 fps offline. Your CPU isn't as good as mine, but that doesn't account for the low fps you are currently getting. I would agree with removing the overclock, and potentially doing a clean install of the OS. What kind of performance are you getting in other games?

I overlocked my cpu because i though it will improve my fps, which did a little abit in some games. Performance in game im playing h1z1 right now in high im geting like 60-110fps and in city it drops to 40 time to time. But it wasnt like that few days ago.. In rainbow six im playing on medium and its dont drop lower then 60 on medium graphics, but if i put on high it cant stay on 60 it drops to 50-40. Insurgency it drops to 30-25fps... on medium..

By resseting, bios will all my files be gone?

True it can be that
, but when my friends are having good fps im being triggered 😀, for example my friend gtx 980oc with the same cpu as mine, and gets over 250fps.. Other friend have gtx 750ti and he have 250-300fps 😀

No it will not delete any files. Only options that you have adjusted before in the bios will be back to their defaults and then you can adjust what you want again. But run the games when the Bios is at its default settings.

i got same pc like you and same problems 90fps... 🙁 pls someone help... when i bought 1060 6gb i played on GTX 560 and more fps with GTX 560 when with GTX 1060 6gb.. wtf..
