GTX 1060 - Low Memory Bus

Hello everyone. Sorry if this is a dupe question, couldn't find any similar to mine.

Why has the 1060 so low Memory Bus - only 192-bit? It's VRAM is 6GB, which is 2GB more than 960 or 970 (and notice that both of them have 256-bit memory buses). So far what I know, the GPU can utilize more it's VRAM the bigger the memory bus is.
So can the 1060 use all of it's VRAM, or is it losing a lot potential because of this low bus?
Correct me if I'm wrong in anything posted above. Will be glad for any of your response.

yes it can nvidia has best delta memory compresion and in pascal line gpus has 3 generation delta compresion and delta compresion 3 generation is somewere like 292bit -348bit bus on gtx1060 so there is no problem at all even polaris amd gpus with there 256bit with there compresion scale worse than nvidias pascals gpu so dont worry
