GTX 1060 MSI vs Gigabyte?

After seeing all the different kinds of 1060s that hit the market today, I was just wondering what you guys believe the best variant is out there at the moment.

The two I've paid most interest in is the:

MSI GTX 1060 X 6GB:

Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 6GB:

I wouldn't go with the gigabyte one. There is a lot of talk about coil whine in many of the cards. Actually i would wait a bit just for the 10xx series to 'stabilize' a bit more.

There isn't a "better" model out there. All are identical in performance, unless you need that extra 2 FPS more than the other card gives.

Get the one you like the best.

why are some cards nearly £100 more is that just features like fans for overclocking and lLEDs?
If i went for the cheapest one would it be good?

Exactly. With the higher price, most of what you get is just better cooling and fancier LEDs. Which can be a good thing if that's what you want/need.

A cheap one is perfectly fine.
