GTX 1060 SSC vs. Zotac 1070 Mini (i5 6600k)

I am looking to upgrade my GPU from an MSI Rx470 during the cryptocurrency price hike, and I can't decide which card to go with. I've found a Zotac 1070 for ~$400 USD, and an EVGA 1060 SSC 6gb for slightly under $300. I will be pairing the card with an i5 6600k overclocked to 4.2Ghz. The games I will be playing are mostly titles like Destiny 2, Fallout 4 (with graphical mods), PUBG, For Honor, Star Citizen, etc. At the moment, I only have a 1080p 60hz monitor, but I would like to play at 1440p sometime soon. How much of a performance gain will I get with $100 more for the 1070?
