Gtx 1060 underperforming

My 1060 is doing really bad in for example BF1, i used to play it with 85-100 fps. Now its around 60. And another thing is, that when i turn the core clock all the way up in asus gpu tweak or msi after burner. The screen goes black. I really want to game with high fps again so could you please help.

First stop turning the clock speed all the way up since you don't know how to overclock a card.
Reset the card back to the origenal speed, and run this to see how your card compairs to other cards that the same. I thing you have your clock speeds screwed up.

Thats not why it is performing bad, i had never turned on clock settings before i got these problems
