Question GTX 1060 Underperforming

So Ive got a Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb and when I first used it everything was fine, but after less than one year it cant even Run GTA V in 30fps(mid settings).

cpu/gpu temp and usage?
ram/hdd/sdd usage?
