Gtx 1070 at 1080p, what FPS?

I am going to purchase a gtx 1070, I have a 1080p monitor, what FPS will it run new titles like battlefield 1, watchdogs 2 e.t.c on max settings on 1080p, in the future I might upgrade to 4K but at the moment I am fine at 1080p,

There is no Hardware Requirement for both Games, but bet the GTX 1070 will run smoothly with both games. Its a GPU for 1440p resolution.

1080 @ 60Hz the 1070 should breeze through max settings, barring a bottleneck at the CPU.

Ya think it's time to crank up my 3770k clock? Haven't been concerned till I seen the 1070/1080 base clocks. Barely 4 yrs. old and it's been a fun cpu.
