Hi,
Im looking to upgrade my old system to a new one my budget is around 80k or $1200. I only wanna game at 1080p smoothly and high setting or above. This would be a total revamp so im building from scratch

A 1070 specifically would be more necessary for 1440p gaming, not 1080p. If you want to game at high to max settings on 1080p, I'd recommend a much cheaper GTX 970. It has all the processing power you need for 1080p gaming.
