GTX 1070 Help

hey guys . so i recently got a gtx 1070 and i dont know in some games my GPU usage drops to 30% such as Dying light . and my FPS also drops to 30 FPS . but in other games such as GTA V i got 90% + gpu usage and my FPS are pretty good .like 80 + FPS at ultra settings even at 1440 p i got solled 60 fps . btw i have i5 4460 . and my only issue is dying light

no . my CPU never hits more than 60% load . and i tried to pump the res to 1440p . and i get more GPU usage but no FPS gain

Go into your game settings and see if you v-sync settings are at half. (Assuming your refresh rate is 60Hz)

man . i allways turn vsync off . at some areas i got like 150+ fps but outside it stuck between 30/40 fps

If it's not bottlenecking or locked with v-sync then IDK, maybe a decent GPU overclock will help. Besides that I have no clue.
