gtx 1070 help

guys, i have a weird problem with doom, when i use vulkan my frames goes to 140 and 200, but using vulkan cause me a weird problem with lightning effects in some scenearios, i see wierds blacks flickering, and when a fireball passes near by i see a really odd flicker in my screen, is this normal? it happens a lot in argent tower, using opengl solve the problem but a i got less performance.
