GTX 1070 length problems

Good day to you all. I have a problem with choosing a new video card. I have a Cooler Master Centurion 5 II case with a maximum graphics card length about 250 mm, and I want to install a GTX 1070. So, after digging through reviews, I have stopped on these three models:

ASUS GTX 1070 DUAL-GTX1070-8G (240 mm, two fans, not sure about VRM area cooling)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Mini ITX (169 mm, one fan, will that be enough?)
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 AERO ITX 8G (175 mm, one fan, again, will that be enough?)

So, the question is - which one of those should I get? I am concerned with cooling performance on those models.

Have you considered buying a new case for 2017? It'd help alleviate the issue you've created with sourcing short length GPU's and get a proper length GPU for a desktop environment. In essence itx GPU's were made for small enclosures like itx chassis and HTPC cases, like so:

You apparently own an atx chassis yet going with a small GPU, which will lead to bad thermals all around as the intake is also starved of proper airflow.

I'd ask you to pick the Asus GPU without considering the core and boost clocks, your make and model of the PSU and if your processor can handle the GPU. Speaking of which, can you please pass on the rest of your system's specs?

Yes, that is an ATX case I have bought 6,5 years ago. My planned specs: PSU OCZ-ZS550W (already bought and working), CPU Intel Core i5-7500 (planned to buy), MB MSI H270 PC Mate (planned to buy), RAM 2x8GB Crucial DDR4 2666 MHz BLT8G4D26AFTA (planned to buy). I have considered a new case, but it will strain my budget a fair bit.
