So i got the gtx 1070 a few weeks ago. Its the Gigabyte Windforce Model .
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Video Card Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Video Card #2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
RAM 8.0 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit
Well anyway, Im viewing benchmarks online and im getting nowhere near what im seeing other people get. Almost everygame I play, the Frames drop under 60 at some point. And although i dont have a benchmark test, I used the one in the "Old" Tomb Raider Game.
The 1080P test was 79 Average, which it should be well into the 120s, as other people are getting.
Games like Witcher 3, I get frame drops all the time. Which I saw using Fraps.
Anyway, I could use some help. What could it be? Ive tried everything so far.
