GTx 1070 Texture Pop Issue

I have this problem in every game where i receive texture pops no matter the title and have no clue as to how to solve it. Even in new games like Gears of War 4 i have this issue. I would move closer and then the texture would pop in and load in front of me.

I also don't know whether or not this could potentially be a monitor or hardware issue.

asrock z97 pro 4
16gb ddr3 corsair vengeance ram
cs750m psu
850 evo ssd

My guess is that it has to do with your gps´s memory. Did you update your gpu bios like everyone is talking about? Check asus website for a bios update if available.

I dont think its a bios issue because i have now tested this on multiple gpus and it happens on each one. So it must be another component maybe ram???? or my monitor?

Wait for bios update from asus
Souds like a pproblem which has been found recently related with card's ram memory. Download GPUz and chcek ram type if it's "micron" that may be the reason. Samsung memory are not affected

I have just read that you check it on multiple gpus. Have you reinstalled drivers?

Yeah i have used ddu and reinstalled the drivers countless times but still no effect...thinking its maybe another component or even the monitor?
