Hi :) I have this build:
Motherboard: Z170 Mortar MSI
CPU: Intel i5 6600K
Cooler: Corsair H60
RAM: Corsair Led White 16GB 3000MHZ DDR4
PSU: Corsair CX Series 450W
SSD: Crucial MX300 275GB
HDD: 500Gb

And i want to buy a gtx 1070 gigabyte g1 gaming. Is it ok with this psu ?

Solution
You swapped a 210w card for a 180w card so yes you're absolutely right

Don't get me wrong here , jankerson is right in the respect that a 500-550w unit would likely be 2-3% more efficient.

The cx450 is not some low end , low quality unit though.
Its a fine PSU , dc-dc regulated with 448w 12v available.

It'll run what you have absolutely fine , people are running 1080's on these units easily.

If you were building from scratch I'd recommend the 550w just for the extra headroom.

Seeing as you already own the 450 though there is absolutely no reason to spend extra replacing it .
I am from greece and i can buy one from this site

Which is the best option ?

Even heavily overclocked (& I mean to the max) the g1 will not pull more than 205w at 100% stress testing.

Even if you're pushing a 5ghz overclock on that 6600k you will not even be close to 400w full system draw with 100% usage on every component

The cx450 (be it m or not) will handle those components absolutely fine.

At stock speed on GPU/CPU I doubt you're even touching 300w

Add another 100w to that.... min.

PSU's need some head room so they aren't running at almost max wattage.

They run cooler and more efficient that way.

450w that you have now isn't enough.

Min for a GTX 1070 is 500w.

I wouldn't run it in my machines, no way.

But then I haven't ran less than a 550w for around 10 years now, running 2x 650's and a 620w currently (high quality units).

I like to keep my PSU's for awhile. Have one now that has been running for over 7 years (24x7), 620w Seasonic. Another 650w Seasonic for over 4 years 24/7. So I buy high quality and give them some headroom.

I believe the PSU is the most important component in the computer.

If it's a NEWER one.

I still wouldn't run it in that machine with either the RX 480 or GTX 1070.

Maybe for an email machine running onboard graphics to keep the cost down and to have some headroom for a GTX 1050 or GTX 1060 just incase.

But I still don't like dropping below 550w, MB's, CPU's, graphics cards etc come and go, but a good solid unit with enough headroom will last for a very long time.

That's just my personal take on PSU's in general.

^ I'd agree if he didn't already own it.
He does though & for that reason I wouldn't replace it because there's honestly no need.

If in the future he goes upto a 1080/ti i & an i7 & wants to overclock maybe consider it then

At the moment though its just not a necessity at all.
