Hi :) I have this build:
Motherboard: Z170 Mortar MSI
CPU: Intel i5 6600K
Cooler: Corsair H60
RAM: Corsair Led White 16GB 3000MHZ DDR4
PSU: Corsair CX Series 450W
SSD: Crucial MX300 275GB
HDD: 500Gb

And i want to buy a gtx 1070 gigabyte g1 gaming. Is it ok with this psu ?

You swapped a 210w card for a 180w card so yes you're absolutely right

Don't get me wrong here , jankerson is right in the respect that a 500-550w unit would likely be 2-3% more efficient.

The cx450 is not some low end , low quality unit though.
Its a fine PSU , dc-dc regulated with 448w 12v available.

It'll run what you have absolutely fine , people are running 1080's on these units easily.

If you were building from scratch I'd recommend the 550w just for the extra headroom.

Seeing as you already own the 450 though there is absolutely no reason to spend extra replacing it .
