i want to buy a GTX 1080 and my mobo has PCI 2.0 plus its an AMD processor one... so i need to buy a graphics card plus mobo plus a processor and i dunno which to get ....

thats my mobo ... i want a build to play all games in 4k with maximum settings ...

i also wanna use it to play 4k HEVC 10 bit videos smoothly ... my GTX 970 couldn't play those

Any CPU on the FX platform will hold a 1080 back some.

You need a new platform from Intel or AMD Ryzen platform , which means CPU , board and DDR4 memory.
