i am going to buy gtx 1070 founder edition.. because ..gtx 1060 custom card ..and gtx 2070 founder efition is like 20-30 $ difference...do i want to know its safe to buy 1070 founder edition card.. because most telling about heat..it wil reach like 80°c+ -85°c..wil this is a issue..or i can buy the gtx 1070 Founder edition.please help me in this..

If you have an ATX well ventilated computer case go for the custom dual or triple fan card, runs cooler and quieter than the blower fan style like founders edition card.
Reference cards generally run hotter, so if you plan to overclock, don't get the reference version. If you plan to run it as-is, it should be ok, however, it will likely be louder than aftermarket designs when it gets hot. There is also the possibility of thermal throttling during warmer months.
(note: I know nVidia thinks they are special, renaming reference cards to founders edition, but they aren't fooling anyone.)
