Gtx 1080 mining rig air flow

Hello.

I am thinking of mounting some case fans on my rig to get better cooling, my only question is how should the air flow, or it doesn't matter as long as there is an airflow? Might be a dumb question, but better ask then feel sorry for making a mistake.

Gpu temps from left to right while mining with 30-31c ambient temps are:
57c - 66c - 61c - 56c - 63c

Overclock settings:
Power limit 80%
Core clock +120
Mem clocl + 400

I made a pic of the rig and draw some air flow lines, what would the optimal flow be? Pic nr 1 or 2

it would make a tiny difference but i think the second option is best
