GTX 1080 PCIE Slot help

Hello i recently upgraded my GFX card to a 1080 TI OC. I downloaded GPUZ and got this result this is wrong ??

I put the gfx card in the pcie slot 2 is this a problem? i have an asus rampage iv extreme

I think PCI Slot 2 is 4x.

PCIe Slot 1 is 16x.

Click the ? and run the render test then see what the bus interface shows while the test is running. The red slots should run at 16x, the grey slot runs at 8x.
