Hello,

Why are my 1080's being out performed by my 980's???

No I do not have the 980's anymore. And yes I reinstalled my drivers.

I did notice the maximum turbo core clock being different but I don't know what to make of it.

Firestrike doesn't run at your monitor resolution, it renders at 1080p. At lower resolutions your cpu is a bottleneck for a pair of 1080's. I would run Firestrike Extreme which renders at 4k and you will probably see much better sli scaling.

I have been gaming on PC for a year and half now so my old cheap one needs to go.. I need my next build to handle games in high and low settings and triple monitor. What CPU would you recommend for 2 GTX 1080''s because I thought the 6700k would be good enough.
