Question GTX 1080 TI No display for some reasons

I have GTX 1080 TI Colorful Vulkan AD

For several day i have problem with no display, especially after shutdown... And if i turn it on again, there no display, even when turn on there no fan spin (Normally fan spinning when turn on then stop)

When this happens, I'm reballing my gpu, then plug in into my pc and turn it on... Tested with gaming, benchmark there no problem like artifact or force shut down or anything else... But when I'm shut down, and try to turn it on again, my pc will no display with GPU problem beep code and i must reballing it again to make it normal for a moment.. Any solutions?

Btw I'm using i5 12400 ram 16gb PSU MSI A650BN Bronze 80+

How old is the system? With a 1080 Ti, can I assume at least 5 years old?
I'd start looking at the power supply as a suspect.

Do you blow the cooling fins of the video card and cpu cooler out periodically? And even more often in a dusty environment? What do your gpu/cpu temps look like?
