AOC G2460PQU 1920x1080 144hz
gpu is at 60-70c while at 100% gpu usage
Vsync is on
Dont know what you mean by power delivers? voltage isnt showing if thats what you mean

This may sound like a lot of work, but it's the best way to test it. Download DDU, remove the drivers. Then use Geforce to re-install them. Start up BF1 and make sure v-sync is off, and post your results.

I found the solution in games there is an option called resolution scale, it was maxed at 200% by bringing it down i was getting the fps i have been looking for.

Well that will make it work twice as hard. My question is, did you tweak the settings, or did you like GeForce do it?

I tweaked the settings but im wondering if 80 -100 fps is really the best a 1080ti can do at 1080p i dont know.

I am getting the same problem, except it is on almost all games. I have very good airflow in my Corsair full tower case, so my temps never go above 55 degC at max load. My GPU usage is between 95-98%, and my CPU usage is between 30-60%, depending on the game. I am running 1440p res @ 144Hz with Gsync. I used DDU to wipe all previous display drivers, and reinstalled GeForce Experience and the latest Nvidia video driver. Below are some FPS results from Battlefield 1, Rocket League, and World of Warships along with my system hardware:

System Hardware:
Case: Corsair Obsidian 750D Full Tower
+3 case fans and controller
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A
CPU: i5 4690K (OC to 4.2 GHz)
CPU Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3 Tower Fan
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) @ 2133 MHz
Storage: 2 x 500GB Crucial MX100 SSD, Raid 0
GPU: Asus ROG GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Strix Gaming
Display: Asus ROG Swift PG278QR 27.0" 2560x1440 144Hz Monitor
PSU: EVGA G2 1000W Gold

Game Results
Battlefield 1, 2550 x 1440p, Ultra Settings
40-50 FPS

Rocket League, 2550 x 1440p, Ultra Settings
25-40 FPS

World of Warships, 2550 x 1440p, Ultra Settings
65-75 FPS

The CPU is not bottlenecking my 1080 Ti, so i have no idea what the problem is. I should be getting 100+FPS in all those games with ease.
