Question gtx 1650 for $185 or RX 570 for $218?

Hi, I need help.

The price of the RX 570 in my country is $ 218 dollars, while the gtx 1650 on offer is $ 185 dollars. I need to save money but due to the different analyzes I don't know if it is worth buying the gtx 1650 for the $ 185.

Note: in my country the cards are more expensive than in other countries, this includes the base price + tax of my country + transportation + customs procedure. Also, there is not so much stock and variety.

Since 2015-2020 (the next games), maybe right now Battlefield V, Assassins Creed Origin and Odyssey, Farcry 5, New Dawn, Resident Evil 2 and 7, Middle-earth Shadow of War, Hitman, Metro Exodus.

I like to play mostly in the ultra but I can accept playing in high or custom also now I have a 1050p (1680x1050) monitor but I would like to change to 1080p.


My current configuration:
CPU: Intel i5 4590 3.30Ghz
RAM: 8Gb
PSU: Corsair CX430M 80 Plus Bronze
GPU: R9 270 Gigabyte

1650 does use less power, but it's also slower by about the same % difference.
