Question GTX 1650 not giving a display until Windows boot (no display during POST)

Hi,

My PC I built recently has now stopped outputting signal to my monitor until after Windows boots. I have tried reseating the graphics card and this still hasn’t changed anything. Any ideas?

PC specs:

Case: Montech Air 100 ARGB mATX
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M D3HP AX (BIOS version F20)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast RGB 32GB (2x16)
Storage: Kingston NV3 1TB M.2-2280 Gen 4 SSD
PSU: Corsair RMe 750W 80+ Gold
GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 1650 4GB (temporary until I can get something like the 4070 Super).

Try different video output on graphics card.
Make sure, integrated graphics is disabled in BIOS.
Reset BIOS settings.
